Tax990 is a very user friendly program to use. Love the autofill year to year and the check for errors before submitting. Highly recommend.
Excellent product
Software is incredibly difficult to use. AI help is no help at all, I can hardly get through to a live agent.
I am extremely busy in my job and have put off getting my tax form completed as I had trouble with the IRS site and was informed by our engineer that we used Tax 990. I reached out and they confirmed. Then told me how and where to get started on my next tax filing and payment options. Very helpful and now I hope to get this filed and off my desk!
I am Treasurer for a few NonProfits and I started using Tax 990 as the organization I use to do F990 for nonprofits does not process F990-T. Tax990 charges $99 per 990-T, it is easy to use, and their customer service on chat has been very helpful and responsive. Certainly less expensive than hiring an accountant, our forms are easy, and they have been able to answer all of my questions.
