First time used this. Now received an email claiming that my taxes had been filed and received, then I received an email in the evening that says my files have not been received, and they can't help me evenings. How do we get the assistance we've already paid for? I filled out forms for postcard 990-N
Somewhat easy to follow and use. I had to use the 'chat' assistance and Deion was awesome. Maybe this should have been a 4-star b/c I didn't know I could still submit even with 'start' links. That's when the 'chat' feature came into play.
Great customer service and good product!
