Very disappointed with the service. The accountant completed the majority of the work, but failed to finalise and submit it. After sending multiple emails with no response, I eventually called and was told it would be finalised that night, which was also what I had originally been told. Unfortunately, I was then simply ghosted and had no choice but to take the work elsewhere. Very frustrating experience and not the level of communication or service I received previously.
I called the agency and i asked for some inquiries but immediately hang up the call after answering my question. I was planning to purchase their services too
Extremely frustrating experience - accountant has ghosted me when I tried to clarify the timeline for lodging and paying taxes and today I was slapped with a General Interest because apparently (took me an hour to figure it out with ATO directly) the accountant did not even file my taxes properly almost a year ago.
UPDATE: Tax7 has since reached out and made this right as noted in the response to this review. Bo was great to deal with and turned over the work in short order. Would be happy to work with Tax7 again. -- Unfortunately an extremely disappointing experience, despite coming recommended by a friend. Unfortunately an extremely disappointing experience, despite coming recommended by a friend. I only been able to get into contact with my accountant once in late October since my initial appointment in mid-October, and that was only after multiple attempts to get in touch with her and admin.
