UPDATE: Tax7 has since reached out and made this right as noted in the response to this review. Bo was great to deal with and turned over the work in short order. I only been able to get into contact with my accountant once in late October since my initial appointment in mid-October, and that was only after multiple attempts to get in touch with her and admin. Ghosted me on multiple occassions a few years back. Recently reached out and they did the same again.
I have been going to Tax7 for a very long time. I also insist to see Grace as she is not only professional, and knowledgeable, but a pleasure to talk to makes the whole process fun. I have been following her even before she went to Tax7. I would very highly recommend Grace if you need your tax return, or any tax/ accounting issues sorted.
