TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. DECEITFUL. IF YOU'VE USED TAX2EFILE IN THE LAST FEW YEARS YOU PROBABLY OWE THE IRS IN PENALTIES. I APPARENTLY DIDN'T SUBMIT A FORM AFTER PAYING FOR IT AND NOW THE IRS IS AFTER ME AND MY BUSINESS Tax2efile and their customer support said it was on me and that I needed to press an extra button after I paid. I PAID. So why do I have to continue with filing? Shouldn't I be able to pay then walk away to continue working? Nope apparently not 🤡 0/10 I don't recommend.
