They got my taxes done in a timely manner and they were very professional.
I was quoted for a service at a specific price per hour and was expecting to pay for the time of the service. However, no one at the company divulged I would be paying for a phone consultation and prep time. If I would have known in advance these were billable services I would have gladly paid. As such, I was surprised to find additional services on my invoice I had no idea I was being billed for.
