I had a frustrating experience working with this tax preparer. I relied on her to submit my taxes in a timely manner, but she failed to mail them as agreed. This has left me feeling anxious and uncertain, especially with important deadlines involved. It’s also been difficult to get clear communication. My experience with this tax preparer has been disappointing. Every time I try to contact her, my calls are picked up by someone else who says she’s too busy to speak. It feels like I can never actually reach her directly, which makes it hard to get straightforward answers about my taxes. Desafortunadamente cuando haces tus taxes por muchos años con unas personas que segun son confliabes bueno era con el Sr Victor pero su esposa es una persona que solo hace los taxes sin pedirte tu opinion y sin consultar y cuando llamas para una pregunta se molesta y hasta te llama estafadora estoy pagando para que los hagas no para que inventes lo que tu quieras y ojala la gente no se deje estafar y robar mas por esta persona vayan a lugares confliables !! Horrible servicio !!!
