It’s August and my wife still doesn’t have her tax refund check. Every time she reached out, they either avoided her or gave her the runaround. I’m not really sure what kind of Mickey Mouse bullshit operation they’re running here. But it’s gonna end if they keep this up. Bryson or whatever your name is. You can’t keep dodging your clients.

This is my second year working with Tax Time Professionals, and my experience has been pretty similar to last year. Our taxes are filed correctly. No long wait time in an office like my parents did back in the day. Overall a decent option for tax preparation.
Filed with Bryson for YEARS! got a letter from the irs saying I owe 8k he was supposed to be on it expeditiously! He lacked communication too many times!!! Told me he filed it. I took his word just for the irs to take my 8k last year cause there wasn’t nothing filed!!! Pressed him again!!! My amendment was filed in may 2024 & im out of 8k cause of this man inconsistency!!! I have kids to feed !!! it really be the people you least at expect it. Just beware guys
