Terribly run cpa firm. To get in touch with your cpa will be incredibly difficult. Karen who answers the phone always in a rush to get you off the phone and it always seems like the place is burning to the ground ! Lying constantly about when and if your cpa will call you back. Cpa told me to pay $ to state of Illinois via voicemail on the day of tax filing! A voicemail! Not sure how much $ I left on the table with this firm but never again will I use their services. I suggest any customer reading this should do the same.
