The guy is a jerk, and a joke. Very rude. Acts like a high school bully. But couldn't fight his way out of a paper bag. Very unprofessional.
Dennis has always been professional and knowledgeable. I have been very happy with his low costs and the high returns. He is has always been extremely fast and on point as long as you do your part and come in organized. His operations changed slightly after Covid but the new procedures were due to everyone’s health and safety. I recently needed something from my return in 2021. Dennis was extremely organized and quick to help when I needed him the most.
