The worst customer service I’ve encountered in my life. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else for your taxes. The second I enter the office Tomika gave me bad looks and an attitude because I got there a little too early for my appointment which I thought it was at 11:00am but it was at 11:30am. DO NOT GO HERE. I knew when I walked in the door that I should have walked right out, I should have followed my gut. This women had me pay her via zelle for efiling. When i checked IRS where's my refund, there wad no account on file, i called tax time back, they told me I'm missing a form for marketplace insurance, that I don't have, she had us call the IRS to see who has secret obama care, IRS said the tax preparer made a mistake. Very helpful, organized, very fast pace, and friendly. I was in and out in no time, My return was deposited into my account within a week after filing my taxes. I will definitely be returning next year and recommending everyone here!
