Normally I would recommend people go here but mine and my wife's amount changed 3 times and we were told it was because of health insurance information but we still were not given any paperwork and what was deposited into our bank account was a different amount than what the IRS is showing. There's a paper trail for everything and I just have asked for documentation for weeks and have been ignored. Will not be back!
Tomika has done my taxes for years now, and she always does a thorough, professional job. She explains everything in simple terms and always goes the extra mile. I'll never go to anyone else for my taxes. 10/10
The worst customer service I’ve encountered in my life. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else for your taxes. The second I enter the office Tomika gave me bad looks and an attitude because I got there a little too early for my appointment which I thought it was at 11:00am but it was at 11:30am. DO NOT GO HERE. I knew when I walked in the door that I should have walked right out, I should have followed my gut. This women had me pay her via zelle for efiling. When i checked IRS where's my refund, there wad no account on file, i called tax time back, they told me I'm missing a form for marketplace insurance, that I don't have, she had us call the IRS to see who has secret obama care, IRS said the tax preparer made a mistake.
