They are nice people but unfortunately I did not ask what the prep fee would be before I committed to the service. I thought it would be similar to other tax prep services. We are two standard deduction retirees with social security and government pensions. Our return is about as simple as they come. The fee was $325. I would have gone elsewhere had I known it would be that much and that is what I will do next year. Very disappointed.

This is my first experience at Tax Time and I definitely will not return. Gina was efficient getting my tax forms completed. However, the possible cost quoted to me initially seemed high since I don't have a complicated financial portfolio. I was quite shocked at my final bill which was more. When I questioned the amount, Gina told me she had to itemize. I see no evidence of this in my final paperwork and besides I already and always organize my own information very specifically and in detail. I feel the pricing was excessiv... read more

Did not want to even try to help me get them done because everyone is on my phone and it hard to get stuff printed And they told .e the won't even set appointment up with out the paper work in hand
