This is my first experience at Tax Time and I definitely will not return. Gina was efficient getting my tax forms completed. However, the possible cost quoted to me initially seemed high since I don't have a complicated financial portfolio. I was quite shocked at my final bill which was more. When I questioned the amount, Gina told me she had to itemize. I went with my friend to Tax time and we were placed with Gina. I have never met a more professional, calming, intelligent tax preparer. She was fun to listen to. She explained what she was doing the entire time. I will definitely go to Gina next year and will be telling everyone I know to go use her. Thank you Gina for making this a fantastic and learning experience.
