Best so far! I highly recommend. I had an IRS problem that no one else could solve until they helped me see what mistakes were done. They not only corrected my back taxes, they cut my tax bill in half. Great staff!!
Horrible, awful, terrible. Took my money and did NO work for me and provided no guidance. I ended up having to work with the IRS directly. Every time I had a question, I was told I needed to contact the IRS... who would not talk to me since I signed a power of attorney. When I finally tried to make him do work he tried to tell me his rate was $250/hour. Totally unprofessional and ZERO help at all. Took 3-4 emails and phone calls to get a response every single time.
