I was a long time customer for close to 15 years and used Joy Hobbs since day 1. She always provided a great service for when I needed to complete my taxes. Joy recently retired and she sent me an email referring me to continue to use Tax Solutions of Central Florida. I emailed the owner, Jim, on 4/8. Jim responded the same day who asked me to send everything to his assistant, Nina. I did just that on 4/11. I provided my phone number as well.
