They were prompt in getting us in to our first appt. So knowledgeable and helpful. Eased our minds then disappeared. They opened our LLC but never finished our taxes. For six months we emailed and tried to call with either a quick "we will get back to you" or no response at all after a while. After about one year, I had to do my own taxes online when I really needed a professional. Ron and team are top notch! They have provided fantastic guidance and professional service to my family and I for 20+ years. I would highly recommend then to any individual or small business owner!
I would never use this company for taxes. They ignored all of my emails and phone calls for 1.5 months. I provided all of my information prior to the tax filing deadline and they did not file and filed an extension for me. It has been 1.5 months and nothing has been done, they ignored all of my emails and calls. I'm probably a small fry to them but at the end of the day I have received terrible service. If you are a retail client looking for tax service would strongly strongly recommend not contacting these folks. Horrible.
