Very pleasant to deal with, nice environment.
Had a scheduled appointment with them. They called and reported they were running about 30 min to an hour behind. Two hours after our scheduled appointment and my wife and I still have not been seen.
Big John is an absolute gem of a guy. Made time for me right under the gun of the tax deadline.
