A woman was very rude when I tried to call in to get help. Will not be trying to use this place in the future.
I contacted seeking assistance and guidance, but did not receive acknowledgment. I felt uneasy with the manner in which she responded. She inquired about their address, which seemed unrelated, and just hangs up the phone, an action I found disrespectful. I am hopeful that there is a valid reason behind her behavior; however, it was overall a bad experience.
