This review is for Judy, the office manager, who clearly lacks any phone etiquette. She answers the phone with a “hello” only, as if one were calling a residence instead of a business. She doesn’t leave proper phone messages. She’s also a bit rude— has a “snippy” attitude when one asks about appointment availability (I had asked if there were Saturday appoints available, which isn’t unusual for a CPA, especially during tax season).
