I was excited to work with this local business. I provided information for my tax return in March. I called and emailed more than eight times to check in to be sure we were all set for the deadline. I called and messaged to be sure they knew I would be traveling over April break when taxes were due. They did not file my taxes, instead they sent me a message the day they were due (replying to yet another inquiry on how it was going).
