Steven, Gordon and the Tax resolution team are organized, responsive, and very professional. They helped me get back on track with what seemed like a very complicated situation. Their system and advise made it simple. I am grateful to have found them and I'll be sticking around!
When my CPA retired, the person who bought his company was terrible. Thank goodness someone recommended Gorden Gates. Over the years, as my financial situation morphed. The company has been able to keep up. I am now an expat retiree, with all that entails. They have really kept up with times and their use of technology makes tax season quite painless.
I worked with Gorden on my personal income taxes. I live in California and used their software to upload all the necessary documents. I was able to leave comments/notes along the way. I was pleasantly happy to discover it was done the very next day (assumed he wasn’t bombarded yet). Then we had a Zoom follow up. Highly recommend their services!
Gorden, Steven and the team have been great to work with! We have tried and tested them through international relocations, home purchases and other life changes. They have been very patient and helpful through it all. They are prompt to respond to any concerns and have made the last 5 tax seasons easy for us. I highly recommend their services!
The most infuriating tax preparer I have ever worked with. They force you to do everything through their "portal" system which they keep changing, wiping out past records of conversations and documents uploaded. Oops! Sorry no record of that since we deleted that system! They demand insane upfront payments for services, which keep skyrocketing, before they've done anything, then will nickel and dime you for the smallest things.
