I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. I was on a payment plan with them for multiple tax-years, and during that entire time, they refused to offer any real help or guidance. I was told they couldn’t discuss anything with me until the balance was completely paid off, yet they still expected me to send in documentation with no support.
