I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. I was on a payment plan with them for multiple tax-years, and during that entire time, they refused to offer any real help or guidance. I was told they couldn’t discuss anything with me until the balance was completely paid off, yet they still expected me to send in documentation with no support. Very resonably priced. Very professional and yet made to feel at home. After doing my taxes they helped me even further by providing feedback on next year's taxes. I will be using them again.
