I scheduled a consultation with Reid but when I called in I got to a voicemail. I then called the 800 number and was told they were away from the phones. I am disappointed that my scheduled appointment was not keep. I will find another service.
Reid was Rude and Unprofessional at the very least. After talking with Reid from JRL Financial I was quickly turned over to another company for my tax planning. I told Reid up front my goals and he said I would be a good fit for his/their program. I was very skeptical. He was very short with me and never offered many details. After two weeks of analysis I was told that I would need to change my goals and when I expressed this is not what we had discussed, I was belittled and rudely hung up on.
