Scam. Our property taxes went up massively this year. 14.5%. They didn’t use comps in our neighborhood that matched our house. They priced our house per square foot $200 more than it should be. They would offer to arbitrate the number again but this time would take 50% of what we saved. They literally only reduced our annual bill by $500 on what will now be a 54k property tax bill. For the last 7 years Tax Recourse LLC has helped me lower my property taxes. I have to admit I did not have much knowledge of procedures or even understanding of how to protest my property taxes. But they walked me through the process and have achieved way more savings than I ever thought possible for my home.
