j'ai envoyé ma demande au début du mois de juillet 2024, j'avais droit à un remboursement et 3 mois plus tard toujours pas de remboursement,
I don't know about their 5 stars but based on my experience, I was neglected. I submitted my application, been told I will have the result after 2 weeks, but never heard anything from them. It's ok if no refund or money reclaimed but at least let me know somehow. I bet they choose their clients.
Am glad i found this company was skeptic at first then go with my gut feeling then was surprised with refund thnx again very much appreciated keep up the amazing job god bless you Sir Harry.
Got my taxes done with Harry from this company. It was a fast and easy process. Everything was done online and my refund was deposited into my account today. I got more refund than all the previous years and Harry told me that i qualified for more deductions than my previous accountant. Glad i found my accountant for all the future filings with CRA!!
