I contacted this place and told them I needed to file for the past three years and that I had made zero money i was only filing for the california state YTCT (young child tax credit) . They didn't seem to know how to do that and told me they couldn't help they even told me I don't qualify. I one hundred percent qualify for all three years! Definitely, don't go with a company that is this incompetent when it comes to knowledge of taxes.
Dan helped me with my taxes. I went to turbo taxes last year and regretted it thinking I knew it all, please go to Dan the man as he well guide you and educate you on paying taxes. Very satisfied , go on your day off with nothing else in mind and let them take their time since they take care of you . Be patient and you’ll see how honest Dan is , good or bad
Been going here for at least 4 years to get my taxes done. What a game changer compared to previously doing it online myself and owing a couple thousand. The team at Tax pros is very knowledgeable and efficient in what they do.
Don’t waste time here. Ripped off. Starting rate $120 and up for simple form. Where other charged $60
