Been going here for at least 4 years to get my taxes done. What a game changer compared to previously doing it online myself and owing a couple thousand. Every year I bring in my essential tax documents printed out and I’m in and out in about 30 minutes regardless of what has changed each year like buying an electric car or being a homeowner or having extra income I’ve been able to get money back for both federal and state. The team at Tax pros is very knowledgeable and efficient in what they do.

Don’t waste time here. Ripped off. Starting rate $120 and up for simple form. Where other charged $60

I had to call IRS for them to tell me that TaxPros made a mistake on my taxes so the IRS took $900 out of my federal as a penalty. It’s been 4 months since I filed and I still haven’t received my state income taxes. What’s going on? It all seems shady. Why do I get penalized for a mistake that they made? And where are my state taxes?
