Been going here for at least 4 years to get my taxes done. What a game changer compared to previously doing it online myself and owing a couple thousand. I had to call IRS for them to tell me that TaxPros made a mistake on my taxes so the IRS took $900 out of my federal as a penalty. It’s been 4 months since I filed and I still haven’t received my state income taxes. What’s going on? It all seems shady. Why do I get penalized for a mistake that they made?
