DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They make things so much more complicated then needed. I filed for my taxes EARLY on March 5th and asked for my refund to be direct deposit. 2 months later I still hadn’t received anything. After multiple calls, emails and voicemails I finally heard back and they told me they didn’t direct deposit it, but mailed it. TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. Now they’re making ME track it down after I paid them to do this for me. Extremely unprofessional and the staff is quite rude. Don’t ever use this place.
BEWARE- I was referred here by a friend and had high expectations as Jonathan was very friendly. He helped me figure out why I owed so much the previous year with another accountant having no answers for me as my income had not increased much. Everything seemed fine and went smoothly but then he offered to do an Amendment for me for the previous year and in high hopes of reversing the $3000 i was charged that year , so I did it in April of 2024.
