TO NONCITIZENS: I do not recommend Tax Pro of Provo. My husband is a noncitizen who did not have a social security number at the time and we needed to file through a tax pro only because my health insurance required we file jointly. We chose David Starling because he came recommended by Dave Ramsey and he claimed to be specialized in working with noncitizens.
