Jessica has done my taxes for the past three years and every single time it has been the most smoothest and quickest process imaginable. Everyone at tax plus is very pleasant and kind- i am always greeted with a smile. Even when it comes down to obtaining an appointment to meet with Jessica- There’s always availability and not a long wait. The service there Is exceptional and I would definitely recommend others to tax plus.

Sry but not so pleasant experience setting up a connection with them. Called and setup an appointment but the Person called 2 hrs before the scheduled time. Asked for a call back number and when tried calling no one answered. Called the office again talked to the receptionist, left the message for the person and was assured a call later. But to my surprise no one called.....I don't think I can go back...will look for some other -- more-- professional consultants.
