I only had the opportunity to file my taxes with them last year and they were the best I’ve ever had. I called everyday for a week but got no answer so I passed by & saw this. They are permanently closed!
Been trying to reach this office for a month! They took all my paperwork. And they don’t aswer or call back! I don’t know what can I do………..

Did my taxes with them a few times and it went smooth. But after doing them very recently I will say I’m very disappointed in the customer service and overall communication or should I say lack thereof. It’s been about a a year and they haven’t reached back , I call and they don’t answer it goes straight to voice mail. They were very communicative up until the moment that I paid Ms.Limas fees after that my calls were ignored and when I go in person they are very vague. I feel scammed and taken advantage.
