Wouldn't even give this place 1 star. They are so unorganized & every time I tried to get my taxes filed they wasn't accepting walk ins. You can't schedule an appointment with them either. The customers that are in there are rude. This place is nothing but a headache & a waste of time you'll never get back.
Wow!! They don't take appointments and now after driving 31 miles you see a note on the door saying no more walk-ins today!! I'm done with them after 30 years !!!!!!! Very poor policy!!!
This place is cheap when it comes to doing your taxes. I love the girls that work here!!!! They are pretty fast at doing your taxes too. Unfortunately they don't do appointments and if you leave a message for a appointments they never call back to tell you they don't do appointments. Also there Google site says they close at 6pm and they close at 5pm Monday thru Friday. I'm disappointed to see all the negative reviews. I've been going there for years and have never had a problem. They're quick, accurate, professional and reasonably priced. I'll be asking for Erica again. She has taken good care of me.
If I can give this place a 0 stars I would. Noone ever picks up the phone nor they will return any voicemail… I need my original tax transcripts for year 2022 and need that for a mortgage preapproval letter and I am not in the state currently… Been waiting for 2 days and no answer.. stay away from this place
