Outstanding service. The CPA (Jay) is detail oriented and provided insightful suggestions to reduce payments to the IRS in the future. The gal at the front the desk is personable and helpful. We found the best time to drop off taxes is Tuesday through Friday.
Tax guy never showed up for the appointment so the front desk lady took our documents.. said he would call. Didn't receive a call for well over a week so we called and finally got a call back but ever since that call back, we haven't heard anything. I called and left a message, the nice front desk lady called back and said the tax guy would call us, never did. Left another message, still no call back but yet they have all our documents so I can't even get ahold of them to return the documents with my personal information on ... read more
