Ugh I am very happy with my decision to STOP coming here. All I ask this man for is my 1040x so I can start school in August and he repeatedly sent the 1040 and made excuses such as "he needs to look in another database and he is sending it". Took him two weeks to even send the wrong paper! Couldn't Even start school! Not responding to emails not responding to calls and texts. They are so unprofessional to their own kind but will smile in everyone else's faces to make themselves look good. I'm so disappointed in this company... read more
I’m still waiting on my refund from last year. I have called the office multiple times requesting to speak with the manager and they refuse to call me back. They no longer have a physical location. I’ve spoken with the IRS and did a refund trace confirming that tax nation did receive my refund. The irs has instructed me to file a police report and fill out supportive documentation to report them to the IRS. I don’t want to involve the police, but tax nation is leaving me with very few choices.
Not answering the phone 😒 It's really not professional... NEVER SAME MISTAKE. Almost 650 in fees ...
My husband and I have used Tax Nation USA for over 6 years plus and have always been happy with their service. They have that personal touch with there customers and everyone in the office has been awesome. That's why we will be back next year and years to come. Karen Wyatt
