This guy is so careless and unprofessional when he filing tax forms, I have got big trouble with my tax files of two consecutive years. He charges you extra $ compared to other local Tax services. Even if you ask him to give you tax files with soft copy/ PDF he will never give you it. Never Come back to this guy again.
They made a mistake in my 2018 taxes that I was not aware until later last year because they never updated my address nor really confirm my information. I got to speak with them once and they seemed like there were really going to fix the error but Now I’m calling and emailing them to fix the mistake and nobody respondes to any of my messages.
