The worst tax preparer place ever you can get in this country .( not sure why they are this much stupid and they still running this business ). So let me break down what their practices are : 1. They will only open their doors during the pick season of tax ( you can not find them nor they open the door in other times ; they will claim you should be there only in appointment ). 2. I have been using Tax Mart for several years and love them!! I'm a self employed musician, so my taxes are tedious and complicated, but the staff has such great attention to detail and gets me all the deductions possible. I don't get a refund every year, but my taxes are always MUCH lower thanks to their hard work. Shout out to Rachel who did a fantastic job on my deductions today!! Thanks Rachel!
Absolutely terrible experience. Tax Mart took over 40% of my refund without ever clearly explaining anything to me. No walkthrough, no breakdown of charges, just a huge cut taken with zero communication. The customer service was just as bad—rude, unhelpful, and completely dismissive when I asked questions. I felt taken advantage of and completely left in the dark. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Total scam.

If I could give this place 0 star I would. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with in my life. I have been calling their office for the past three weeks and have left numerous voicemails and heard nothing back from them. They never answer the phone and good luck meeting them in person cause they’re never in the office. This place is also a scam!
