I was referred to Tax Leaf and dealt directly with Facundo in mid February. We agreed on pricing and I provided all documents immediately, including sensitive financial information. After that, Facundo completely disappeared no replies to calls, texts or emails for over two months. Despite multiple follow-ups (including through a mutual contact) there was zero communication while valuable time during tax season was lost.
