I have an accounting background. Most people won’t know the lack of work until they are audited. This company is nonsense. Our initial Onboarding Meeting at the end of November seemed hopeful as we needed a bookkeeper so we can focus on our business of building homes. I signed up for their Tax Plan and it was a terrible mistake and a waste of ~$2500. All they suggested was investing more towards IRA and applying Augusta Rule to my business. They just use a simple standard template to cheat people. Stay away from these guys.

TaxHive promises you everything before you sign up. They require payment before preparing taxes. They appear fine up until the refund period is over, than you are on your own. If you have specific questions you must ask a middle man to ask the CPA and it usually takes 2-3weeks to hear back or you can jump on a group chat and ask the question in front of 40 to 50 other people.
