Beware Their tag line should be changed to "we cost more than we save"! We went to Tax Help for tax years of 2007 and 2008. In 2008 I happened to catch a mistake our tax preparer made before we left the office. It was a mistake that once I brought to their attention resulted in a several hundred dollar difference in our favor. Shortly after getting our 2008 taxes done we got a letter from the IRS that our 2007 taxes had a mistake resulting in us owing over $1000 (which is fine because we would have had to pay that anyway) bu... read more
