I usually go to Jackson Hewitt and they got me $3000 for my federal return for 2010.............however, I decided to try Tax Genius this year because of their $50 CashBack Promotion. I did my 2011 and showed the my 2010. When they ran my 2010, and asked a few question, based on the same information, I got over $6000 for 2010........ For 2011 they got me over $5500. Talk about knowing the rules and they were very logical and methodical as to getting all the right information! I LOVE YOU TAX GENIUS!!!!!!!!!!!
My last account did my companies tax retrn got me a million tax departmetn letter, but when Tax Genius started to do my accounting........I have not heard a single word for the government! Thanks Tax Genius!
These people really know what they are doing........................I was quoted about $1000 less then what these guys got me........Now I know why they call themselves the Genius! They get too know their clients on a one on one basis and get the best return. No one ever told about the certain deductions and they show me IRS rule books to show me that they were right...........Thank you Tax Genius!
They Helped me last year and got me the best return ever and this year I have re-hired them to do my taxes. NO STARS. NONE. HOw hard is it to get your tax return and have your taxes filed correctly?? I have re-submitted my taxes 4 times! Each time have been assured by the owner of TAX genius that everything is correct. Each time was a FAIL. I racked up late fees, which the owner says he will pay and send me proof-- never got sent proof. Still do not have my tax return & now of course I cannot get a hold of him. I remember them having only one location and their service was great. Now they have expanded to three to help more people. I believe that they are really good and provide a very through knowledge of the what the IRS is looking for and still give the highest return without any audit headaches.
