Found Frank on Thumbtack actually. Was impressed with his reviews online and his user friendly website. Was more impressed with his office filled with ongoing certificates and licenses indicating he keeps up with his industry. He is very together, organized, and enjoyed the ability to review my tax information with him on his enlarged readable monitor. It made it easy to follow. Thank you for relieving some stress relating to the 1099C form in that I didn't have to owe any money!
