I have been coming to Tax express for 16 years they are the Best a family company I am sorry for your lost my friend.
Been going for years and the owner was always nice but this time he seemed like he didn't like us. My husband and I do food/rideshare apps like doordash,Uber,and Lyft. We both had to file for all 3 companies. Because of this he was extremely unhappy, acted offended and said this was alot of work. Im sorry Neilson that it was difficult but where else do I go? The owner made me feel weird. Complained that my taxes was too much work for him. Rather him charge more than hear the whining. Been coming for years but this time he was a complete different person. I don't get it...he could of told me that he was too busy to do my taxes. Instead he accepted and continued to make weird comments. I'm dumb too, I should of withdrawn myself from the situation as soon as I noticed the red flags.
