She is very unhelpful. She did my friend's tax wrong. And now he OWES money to ATO instead. Furthermore, she did not want to help him with anything. She was more focused on getting him out of the office instead. Very unprofessional.
No punctuality
I went to get my tax return and she made a mistake when filing my taxes. I tried to make another appointment to fix it but she irresponsibly said too busy and didn't respond then. Bad tax agent, only focuses on getting our money without explaining details about our taxes.
