I went to get my tax return and she made a mistake when filing my taxes. I tried to make another appointment to fix it but she irresponsibly said too busy and didn't respond then. Bad tax agent, only focuses on getting our money without explaining details about our taxes.

DO NOT USE THIS ACCOUNTANT! She is a FRAUD! she did our return and has had our money for 9 days! she won't answer our calls & texts and isn't sending our money to us. We've been waiting almost a month! Now we have to contact ATO and the police to get our money back. This woman is so unprofessional and seems to sit on your refund for whatever reason! DON'T use her! go to H&R block.

Advised my elderly and foreign parents to pay off their tax debt without actually having the ATO sign off on it. I called the ATO and found out that the amount Anna told them to pay through BPay was SUBSTANTIALLY lower than they would ever accept. ATO also informed me that Anna had been unresponsive when called which lead to the ATO almost calling debt collectors on my parents. Don’t make the same mistakes as my parents and NEVER trust her with your finances
