When you call them the call goes India and they don't know how to solve your issue and they don't want you to talk to their customer service in Dallas Texas. Very poor customer service.
I have paid my loan off. It has been months. Still cannot get a release of lien. Been calling and calling . Keep getting the runaround. Still waiting. Bet if I was new customer and needed a loan it go pretty fast. Do not recommend this sorry company at this time.
If u think of someone getting robbed then resort to then go here if you are a ripe off. Y will get robbed with out a gun.
