Not sure how I feel about this yet, it's my first year filing after hearing it over and over again that they were good and reliable.... I have yet to truly find out. We shall see. I know that IRS can be a hassle but I've never had expirence so many ups and downs like this year vs previous years. Hopefully I can come back here and update this to a 5 star sooner rather than later.
Absolutely appreciated my experience at Tax Doctors. Tiffanie and her team was very responsive, knowledgeable, clear, and detailed. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. As a new client I felt safe and was handled professionally. I will return next year.
Great customer service, no better tax place the this one. Never going with a different preparer ever!
