Been going to them for years and loved them till 3/26/15 me and my son went in there to get his tax information so he can get his taxes done else where and all of sudden he owes 125.00 dollars don't understand why this is brought up now since they say this is from past years and they were supposed to be taking fees out of his check automatically and i just want to know why wasn't this caught last year kinda funny how he wants to go else where and all of a sudden he owes them money

I had been going here (Tax Doctor on Ingersoll) for several years. I was referred by a family member who had been going there for a couple years as well. The first year I went, it was great, but not since then. Three family members who go here have been audited & ended up owing more money two years in a row. I can only think that they have a high volume of mistakes & now the IRS is auditing many of their clients. The representatives and associates were very kind and helpful and helped me get the most back from my rebate. They are awesome and I tell everyone I know to go there and get there's done there. They take their time and dont rush you out the door. I love them.
