Last year I would've given 5 stars. We met in person and she was very helpful. This year, the lack of communication and miscommunication caused a lot of misunderstandings and now I'm stuck with my taxes still not being complete after tax season and them not doing them now without providing an explanation or anything. Took my taxes to tax diva and despite me giving them all my accurate information backed up by current documents they filed my taxes under my maiden name. When I called to get assistance in this since this was completely their error out of pure laziness!! They not only acted like they do not care but also was attempting make it sound like my fault!
