Do NOT use this service. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a property tax protest company. Tax Cutter does not return calls, and they completely ignore messages through their web portal chat. They initially promise to follow up within a week, but even after a month and a half, you’ll still be waiting with no updates.
