Jacob is never too busy to take a question and answer it to the customers satisfaction. The Tax Correction Agency fights hard to lower our taxes and is always results driven for their customers! I have been using them 3 years and each year has shown positive results in my favor.
Top notch, family owned company. I’m with them since around 2010 or 2011. They are usually successful, and the few times I’ve called with a question, a person answered the phone immediately, knew who I was, and answered my question in a minute or two. True old fashioned service.
