False advertising!! I called and asked if they do Tax consolation. The lady immediately replied and said they don’t do consolation. If you don’t offer tax consultation, don’t call your business name tax consultation just to bait people and waste their time.
We had an amazing experience working with Trang for our taxes! As first-time clients, Trang made the entire process super easy. We came in a little before closing, and even though it was late, she was more than willing to help us without rushing. The entire process took about 30 minutes, plus she was friendly, quick, and incredibly knowledgeable.
