I don't always leave reviews, but this business absolutely deserves the recognition. I have been a loyal client for over five years, and their customer service is unmatched. This year, I ran into a few complex filing issues, but the staff went completely above and beyond to guide me through the process and help secure my refunds. Knowing they have my back—even when things get complicated—is exactly why I keep coming back. Highly recommend!
Very poor customer service. Sent them two emails with questions. They did not respond. I followed up with a call and they were going to call me back. No call back.
Fast and efficient
This was my fourth year using TCA for my filing. I've worked with Trang for the last two years, and she is fantastic! So easy and personable to work with. She is very responsive to my email questions throughout the year as well. I live in Sunnyvale and don't mind driving to E. San Jose to patronize this business. I've always walked in with no appointment and have been helped immediately. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing help with their taxes!
