They just don’t care. Closed early today without any notice. Over an hour on the phone to someone who said, “I don’t know anything what do you want me to do about it” and got yelled at because they “were already closed” but she was being “nice” by doing her job to answer phones. When I asked for a manager she put me on hold for 30 minutes then got transferred to a voicemail. These people delight in not serving people. There is absolutely no accountability for any of them.
