Thanks to Missy, for excellent service, courtesy, and overall can-do attitude assisting me with my registration. I used IR tax office a few months back when I filed for my concealed carry permit. The efficiency & positive attitude on the part of the IR tax employees is refreshing.....other agencies would do well to follow their lead. PS, I travel from a nearby county to get the great service.
Went to get my oldest son his permit for his birthday Unfortunately they discriminated against my 4yr old with special needs, and actually kicked us out! !!!!!There were no tantrums or screaming fits... Not destroying anything in office, so what did he do??? !!!!!! Walked back and forth instead of standing perfectly still in line. Touched a machine , then stopped when he was told to. Literally drove 1.5 hours for my daughter to take her road test in my hometown after a horrible experience in our local office. The experience in Indian River was so much better. No numbers. Actual named people helping. Customer service at its best. Thank you. Worth every bit of the the drive.
