It's shocking the poor treatment they gave my 82-year-old mother-in-law. She had to wait almost two hours to get an ID and then after they helped her, they told her they were going to send it to her by mail and that it could take up to 60 days. It's unbelievable!!

I’m not sure who Stephanie is but when I called to ask a simple question this woman went above and beyond and answered all of my questions with no problem..She has the best customer service voice as well as the best customer service I have received in a loooong time … I also called her Jennifer thinking that was her name and we laughed about it Lol …Stephanie I just want to say keep doing what your doing you brightened my day THAAAANK YOOOU!!
