They get it done. No frills just good people doing an outstanding job.
There are a couple of young ladies who were trying to be helpful, however the lack of communication and the supervisors made the whole experience a nightmare. The fact that the "gentleman" that came out to assist treated me like a terrorist had me in literal tears. I needed a level 3 exception to get my ID, my birth certificate doesn't match my social and 50 years ago things were different when my parents had my name changed.
