I love the Tax Collectors office! It’s the best local government facility and experience you’ll ever have. They’re friendly, efficient, and extremely organized. I’m so glad I live in Lakeland, Polk County.
Anyone know why when u call it just rings busy?
It is just like any other motor vehicle place.
Cannot fault this office because I went at lunch time on a busy day and had about a 1 hour wait. They have no control over that. The check in person as well as the tax representative were knowledgeable, kind and efficient. I attained 3 vehicle titles within 10-15 minutes once I got in front of the tax collector representative. Thank you Lakeland/Polk County Tax Collector's Office. I am 100% Satisfied with my very good experience.
