On station 33 the clerk Jenna upon my arrival she treated me really bad. I gave her the greetings and she just looked at me serious. Then I presented my documents for a vehicle title change of owners. And clerk Jenna treated me like a car thief. What kind of a public server is she and what kind of public services they have at that tax collector at Lakeland. I am so very disappointed of the unprofessional personnel in that place. I require a DL renewal with Real I.D. I figured 2 weeks is plenty of time to book an appt...Nope! No available appts for over 3 weeks...for County residents! (Today-25 Feb...1st appt 20 Mar) How is this acceptable? Better question: What does Joe Tedder consider an acceptable time period to book an appt for a DL renewal? I have no doubt the staff is working hard to fulfill the demand. But, it would appear more resources are needed in this area. Thank you
